La Insostenible Big Band brings its ‘Los Reyes del Swing’ show to Estepona this Friday, 21 August, as part of the town’s summer cultural programme.
The free concert takes place at 9.30 pm in Plaza del Ajedrez, with the Málaga-based band taking audiences on a journey through some of the great names of swing and jazz, featuring music associated with Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Nat Adderley.
La Insostenible Big Band grew out of a project involving students and teachers from Málaga’s professional conservatories and has now been performing for more than 20 years, building a reputation for energetic and entertaining live performances.
Friday 21 August, 9.30 pm, Plaza del Ajedrez, Estepona. Admission is free.
