Sabinillas will welcome back one of Manilva’s most popular summer events on 31 July, when the Fiesta de la Luna Llena transforms the promenade and beach into a night of music, entertainment and spectacle.
Organised by Manilva Town Hall’s Tourism Department, the annual celebration has become one of the highlights of the municipality’s summer programme, attracting growing numbers of residents and visitors each year.
The evening will begin at 9 pm with an esoteric beach experience opposite the fishermen’s neighbourhood, accompanied by a white fantasy parade along the promenade until midnight.
An aerial acrobatics display will take place on the beach at 10 pm, followed by a batucada and fire show on the main stage. The aerial performance will return at 11 pm.
Live music begins at 11.15 pm with Rockopop, who will perform until 1.15 am. DJ Violeta will then take over until 3 am, before several DJs keep the party going until 5 am.
Visitors can also enjoy themed activities, street entertainment and a magical atmosphere beside the Mediterranean. Everyone attending is encouraged to dress in white and become part of the distinctive look of this much-loved summer celebration.
