An article in Time Out reported that Malaga is the hottest destination for 2023, according to Airbnb’s search traffic over the past six months.
The holiday rental giant has access to a vast amount of data from which they can accurately predict the latest trends in the travel market, and the top ten destinations that will dominate the travel market next year.
Top of the pile, up from third place last year, is the Spanish coastal city of Malaga. Long known for its beaches and sunshine, these days it’s also getting a rep for its piping hot cultural scene (check out its Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum and branch of the Pompidou Centre) and fascinating history.
