Sabinillas will celebrate one of its traditional summer activities on Tuesday 25 August, with a day of Cucañas as part of the festivities for San Luis.
The fun begins at 12 noon beside Bar La Orilla on the Sabinillas promenade, where participants will be invited to test their balance and skill as they attempt to make their way along the traditional slippery pole ‘palo de cucaña’.
The activity is being organised with the collaboration of Manilva Town Hall’s Fiestas Department with prizes for the winners.
The Cucañas will form part of Sabinillas’ summer festivities and offer a fun, family-friendly way to enjoy the beach and celebrate San Luis.
