San Roque’s prestigious Valderrama Golf Club will welcome the Liv Golf tour from 30th June to 2nd July as the Saudi backed tour continues to challenge PGA tours for the world’s best golfers.
Following a lukewarm Andalucia Masters last year it’s no big surprise that Valderrama has defected to the more dynamic, spectator oriented Liv format, with 12 teams of 4, no cut, and shotgun starts.
Already confirmed to play at Valderrama this summer are Sergio GarcÃÂa, Dustin Johnson, Cameron Smith, Eugenio López Chacarra and Phil Mickelson, with many more big names expected to confirm shortly.
