Flavour, Tradition & Festive Spirit

5 to 7 December · Plaza de la Vendimia

Manilva once again welcomes the Saborea Manilva Gastronomy Fair, a three-day celebration of local food, wine and Christmas traditions. From 5th to 7th December, Plaza de la Vendimia becomes a lively market filled with aromas, music and festive cheer—now a favourite event for residents and visitors alike.

Gastronomic Market & Local Flavours

The fair showcases the best of Manilva and the surrounding region, with stalls offering cheeses, cured meats, pastries, sweets, olive products and, of course, Manilva’s renowned wines. A highlight is the Traditional Wine Competition, followed by public tastings of the participating wines.

Live cooking demonstrations and free tastings return this year, featuring Buey burgers, Iberian pork cheek, tacos, pastries and other regional delights.

Festive Activities for All Ages

Friday evening opens with the Christmas light switch-on, children’s workshops and the first gastronomic tastings. Throughout the weekend families can enjoy entertainment, crafts and a children’s musical inspired by Home Alone.

On Sunday, an encounter of parrandas brings traditional Christmas rhythms to the square, adding to the warm festive atmosphere.

A Weekend of Live Music

As always, music is at the heart of the event. The 2025 line-up includes:

  • Zambombá Manilveña
  • Casa Pestiño Zambombá
  • Compás Flamenco
  • Malamalamera
  • La Mala Hora
  • DJ Pájaro
  • Alba Dreid

Performances run throughout the weekend, from traditional Christmas sounds to pop, flamenco and DJ sessions.

A True Community Celebration

Blending gastronomy, culture and holiday spirit, Saborea Manilva 2025 offers a vibrant start to the Christmas season. Whether you come for the tasting stalls, the music, or the festive atmosphere, the fair once again promises a memorable weekend in the heart of Manilva.
