The municipality of Manilva has become an attractive film location for commercials, television programme broadcasts, TV series, and sports events. José Manuel Fernández, the Mayor of Manilva, and Dean Tyler Shelton, the Councillor for Tourism, recently visited the set of the new TV series ‘Eva & Nicole,’ which is produced by Daniel Écija for Atresmedia and stars Belén Rueda and Hiba Abouk. The series portrays the Marbella of the 80s as seen through the eyes of two powerful female rivals.
The production company, The Good Mood, has praised the support and facilities provided by the Manilva Town Council. Such filming and media exposure are expected to provide significant publicity for the town.
