The Gastronomic Academy of Malaga has announced the names of the seven winners of this year’s awards, among which is Sarmiento Restaurant in Casares, recognized with the ‘Santiago DomÃÂnguez’ Award for Best Traditional Cuisine Restaurant for being “a benchmark in terms of to meats, the handling of the embers and the local product and that has managed to become a destination thanks to its cuisine and the fantastic environmentâ€Â.
The annual Academy Awards recognize the best restaurants in the province, as well as the professionals who stand out, both in the kitchen and dining room, and in the dissemination of Malaga and Andalucian gastronomic heritage.
