Residents of a building on Calle Pandora in Sabinillas alerted the Local Police about two birds of prey stranded in a difficult-to-reach area. Officers promptly responded, successfully rescuing the birds, identified as common or lesser kestrels.
At the police station, officers provided the birds with hydration and care until representatives from the Threatened Species Recovery Centre (CREA) arrived to take over.
