Friday of Sorrows – 11th April

7 pm: Holy Mass.

Followed by the presentation of new processional marches performed by the Manilva Town Band.

Holy Week Proclamation by Mr. Isaac García Zotano.

Palm Sunday – 13th April

11 am: Blessing of the Palms and Holy Mass at the Plaza in front of the Church.

Followed by the “Procesión de la Borriquita” (Procession of Jesus’ Entry into Jerusalem).

Procession Route: Departure from the Church, Calle Iglesia, Calle Mar, Calle Álvarez Leiva, Calle Mar, Calle Iglesia, returning to the Church.

Holy Wednesday – 16th April

11 pm: Stations of the Cross (Vía Crucis).

Procession Route: Departure from the Church, Calle Cuartel, Calle Cruces, Camino del Calvario, Calle Cruces, returning to the Church.

Holy Thursday – 17th April

7 pm: Holy Mass.

Followed by the Procession of “Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno” (Our Father Jesus of Nazareth).

Procession Route: Departure from the Church, Calle Cuartel, Calle Cruces, Calle Jimena, Calle Mar, Calle Álvarez Leiva, Calle Mar, Calle Iglesia, returning to the Church.

Good Friday – 18th April

5 pm: Holy Service: Adoration of the Cross. (Bells will be silent)

Followed by the Procession of the Holy Burial and Our Lady of Sorrows.

Procession Route: Departure from the Church, Calle Cuartel, Calle Cruces, Calle Jimena, Calle Mar, Calle Álvarez Leiva, Calle Mar, Calle Iglesia, returning to the Church.

12 midnight: Procession of “La Soledad” (Our Lady of Solitude). (In complete silence)

Procession Route: Departure from the Church, Calle Cuartel, Calle Cruces, Calle Jimena, Calle Mar, Calle Álvarez Leiva, Calle Mar, Calle Iglesia, returning to the Church.

Holy Saturday – 19th April

11 pm: Blessing of the Fire in the Church Atrium and celebration of the Solemn Easter Vigil.

(Bells will not ring)

Easter Sunday – 20th April

12 noon: Holy Mass.

Followed by the Procession of the Christ the Risen and the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary A.M.D.G.

Procession Route: Christ the Risen: Departure from the Church, Calle Cuartel, Calle Cruces, Calle Jimena, Calle Mar, “Encuentro,” Calle Iglesia, returning to the Church.

Note: During the night of Holy Thursday, the church will remain closed for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 12 midnight until 7 am.
