Manilva town council discusses the project to cover the Arroyo El Estanquillo with the provincial government

Manilva’s Mayor and head of Urban Planning, José Manuel Fernández, along with municipal technicians, met with the Málaga provincial government to discuss the project for covering the Arroyo El Estanquillo in Castillo de la Duquesa. This initiative aims to expand and open up the area, connecting it with Los Granados while preserving the waterway.

Also under discussion was the Town Hall’s advanced plans for constructing 67 Social Housing units on a nearby municipally-owned plot. 

The local government team has prioritised this covering project, which is in its advanced development stages, with the collaboration of Acosol, the public water company of the Western Costa del Sol Municipal Association, in relocating a major water course in the area.
